1. acceptance

by accessing or using antiq, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service. antiq is operated by palisad labs, llc ("palisad labs", "we", "us").

2. eligibility

you must be at least 13 years old to use antiq. by creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. your account

you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. notify us immediately at legal@antiq.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. acceptable use

you agree not to:

• violate any applicable laws or regulations
• infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data without permission
• use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

5. content

you retain ownership of content you upload. by uploading content you grant palisad labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it as necessary to operate the service. we do not claim ownership of your content.

6. termination

we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. you may delete your account at any time from your settings.

7. disclaimer

the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. palisad labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of antiq.

8. changes

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. we will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
